Refund Policy

You have 14 days on receipt of the goods to inform us of your wish to cancel, you then have a further 14 days to return the unwanted goods.

We will reimburse within 14 days of receiving the returned goods, you are required to cover delivery cost for returning unwanted goods.

We cannot offer returns on personalised items unless they are faulty

In the unlikely event of you receiving faulty or damaged items please contact us within 14 days of receipt of your order and we will arrange for a replacement or a full refund.

Failure to report a damage within 14 days will invalidate your right to any refund or replacement.
